However, if Marcia is helping you, IMMEDIATELY ask for someone else to help you!!!!!!! Marcia was the one who handled my case and submitted the paperwork off to my old state and made me contact their DMV anytime there was a question or something needed to be done. She only followed up with me until two days before my policy expired, but at no point in our interaction said that the paperwork was urgent due to it being cancelable for my policy. When my husband called to ask about what was happening to our insurance, she hung up on him but not without blaming me for everything that went wrong. I know I have some fault, but that sort of behavior is extremely unprofessional."
